    Description

      Current error message when trying to access a restricted project is "java.lang.Exception: Bad Request" or sometimes "The value 'YourProjectName' does not exist for the field 'project'".

      This is quite confusing especially when rendering the JIRA Issues macro and can be made better.

      Perhaps something like below can make more sense:

      The value 'YourProjectName' does not exist for the field 'project' or you are not permitted to view it.
