Failure uploading attachments when uploading time exceeds 1 minute

      When trying to upload an attachment and uploading time exceeds 1 minute uploading stops giving an "Unknown error occurred uploading file." error. It is reproducible in any out of the box installation of 4.2m9, 4.2beta1 or 4.2beta2, also here in JAC.
