Searching issue summary using ~ will only return the exact match. This is the part that need to be updated.

For example:

Project='XXX' AND summary ~ win

will only return issue that has exact match.

So, to perform a fuzzy search that will return results with the word "win" and it's derivatives:

project = "xxx" AND summary ~"win*"
