Ability to split versions

      Hi,

      The feature request is to be able to split fix/affects versions in JIRA.

      Examples:

      • Consider an issue set to fix-for [3.5.3,3.6.x]. When I am ready to release 3.6.0 I need to split the existing 3.6.x into 3.6.0 (current 3.6.x resolved issues) and 3.6.x (current 3.6.x unresolved issues)
      • Split a version into multiple (3.6.x -> [3.6.0,3.6.x]) without effecting any other fix for versions already associated with those issues
