Type divisions in the Issue Links section should be more clear and more compact

      There is too much wasted white space between type divisions in the Issue Links section and yet it is still hard to tell where the divisions are. Dividers and indentations with connecting dotted lines (a la, JIRA 4.0) should be used instead of whitespace to create an effect as readable or more-so than JIRA 4.0.
