Add attachments during Issue creation

    • We collect Jira feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

      When creating a new issue it should be possible to add appropriate attachments. Currently I have to create the issue, then browse to it and add attachments, resulting in double mails for everybody concerned with the issue.
