Description
Our character encoding is set to ISO-8859-1. When a comment is added, it is saved and displayed correctly in ISO-8859-1. But if the comment is previewed before saving it, on the preview field it is apparently shown as UTF-8, which means that it looks pretty ugly, because the Content-Type of the page is set to ISO-8859-1.
