it should be helpful if it would be possible to search for several issues by their issues id - for bulk changes.

E.g.
lets say I have several issues that I like to do some bulk change on them, but they have no common search criteria that I can use.
but I do know their issues ID.
It would be great to be able to search for issues with (e.g.) IDs 100 or 105 or 110-120
and then do some bulk change on them.
