IssueInputParameters setOriginalEstimate does not work as expected

    Description

      It sets a value against the wrong field. It also takes in parameters which are not as useful.

      In light of recent improvements to the TimeTrackingSystemField, we should update this so that the IssueService is more useful for updating these fields.
