This functionality has been disabled as a part of JRA-21004. However, we should come up with a new implementation of the support request page in order to allow our customer to provide Support with their data.
There are quite a few customers using the request form to log tickets with us and disabling attachments on it has a negative impact on the quality of provided support (resolution time). Often during triaging we need to go back to customer and ask them to provide data that could be otherwise provided when they were originally reporting the issue.
I believe we were saying something similar in the past:
NOTE: Not providing log files, environment information and backup may result in slower support service.
