Unable to filter the Resolution Date if the field required by Field Required Validator is not filled in the first time

If any required field is not filled in the first time during a resolved issue transition, the Charting Plugin's Resolution Date will not be captured by the index.

This is reproduceable in for JIRA 3.13.3 and JIRA 3.13.5. However, it does not occured in JIRA 4.x and above because Resolution Date is no longer available in JIRA Charting Plugin. Here are the steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Install JIRA Charting Plugin and JIRA Suite Utilities
2. Create a custom field and set it as required in Resolved Issue transition
3. Create Resolution Date Custom Field Type and add it to the View Issue Screen
4. Create a new issue
5. Resolve the issue and make sure to fill in the required field. You should be able to see the Resolution Date's value in the Issue View Screen as shown in ResolutionDate.png
6. Create another new issue
7. Resolve the issue, without filling the value for the required field. JIRA will prompt error as shown in RequiredField.png and ask for value to be fill in the required field. After the required field is filled continue with resolving the issue. The Resolution Date will not appear as shown in NoResolutionDate.png.
8. Search for both of the issue in Issue Filter using the Resolution Date only and JIRA will find the first issue only.

JIRA still could not find the issues even after Re-Indexing.
