Ability to copy on incident

In a similar way to the "move" funtionality we should be able to copy an incident to another project. Or perhaps even the same project?
The idea is that sometimes an incident will have implications in other projects and these tasks should be woked on asyncronously and in isolation of each other.

My idea would be that you would press copy, choose a project and be able to override any of the description fields etc. of the original. This new incident would also be automatically linked as a "relates to" the original incident.

Being the 1st line of support this would be great feature and allow us to farm-off incidents to the relevant teams, people.
