Attach Screenshot applet no longer works in 4.1.2

      In JIRA 4.1.2, when attaching a screenshot using the Attach Screenshot function, the process appears to the end-user to complete successfully, but no screenshot is attached.

      The following error is logged in atlassian-jira.log:

      The same operation works in JIRA 4.1.1 (testing on JAC).
