log4j removed from tomcat lib dir but it is required to compile BugzillaImportBean

    Description

      We provide the source for the BugzillaImportBean, along with instructions on how to compile it at http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Modifying+the+Bugzilla+Importer. These no longer work with 4.1 because we have removed the log4j jar.
