Currently, filters and dashboards are restricted to one owner. On a larger team, it quickly becomes valuable to share ownership with a group of people managing the communication and knowledge sharing over the team.

Hacks include creating a dummy shared account for managing shared filters and dashboards, but that is a pain. There is no ability to change the ownership either.
