In Firefox 3.6 when dragging and dropping a comments permalink (such as onto the desktop as a shortcut) the captured URL is incorrect.

What works:

• left-clicking (as normal)
• left-click dragging into the browsers address bar
• right-clicking and copying
• right-clicking, opening in a new window
• right-clicking, opening in a new tab
• right-clicking, send link

What doesn't work:

• right-click dragging onto the desktop
  The copied link is mostly of the permalink of the next comment on the page, but sometimes is even of a previously viewed issue's comment.
  This may not occur for the last comment on a page.

Tested in Windows 7
