We are a long time user of Jira with many projects, some with long names. The new style (4+) create issues button and popdown causes issues for our users who have their browser up against the right hand side of their screen (eg maximised). The scrollbars are hidden by the edge of the screen - see screenshot.

I would have expected the popdown to cut off the text at a certain limit.

This definitely affects firefox users. Chrome on Mac seems ok, but not on Windows.
