    Description

      If I am in a project browsing page (e.g., /browse/projectname#selectedTab=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.project%3Asummary-panel) and realize I need to change project settings, I have to click several times before I get to the admin page. Why not provide a direct link to the admin page or at least a Tools menu with a project admin link?
