Explain notifications in help page

The help page for notifications doesn't explain what the different notifications mean. For instance, I didn't realize at first that "Current Reporter" means "Original Reporter", and I still don't know what "Current User" means. (Is it the person making the change?)

For most of the options, the meaning is fairly intuitive, but not the first three.
