    Description

      I try to add a comment (via "Comment" link on left panel) in Russian (utf-8). After posting the comment looks like "По". Same problem occurs with work log comments.
      Issue creation in Russian (fields summary and description) work fine. Editing (via "Edit" link) of summary, description and comment fields also works.
