We have development offices located in the US and India. Currently Jira has only a single time setting - Server Time. This makes it difficult to guage the difference in time between what a developer in US has done vs what a developer in India has done on a ticket.

Proposed Solution:
-ability to select a time zone for the User Profile. This would then render all times according to the users time zone.

Example:
-my User Profile time zone is EST
-when I view comments on a ticket, the 'created' time is according to my time zone
-(a developer in India could have added the comment at 9am their local time - that is midnight for me - I need to be able to related actions according to my time zone)
