Improvement on Sub Task Documentation

The Converting Standard Issues to Sub Task and Converting Sub Task to Standard Issue should mention that 'Edit Issues' permission is required in order to perform these action. The Permission Schemes explained that 'Edit Permission' is needed in order for user to be able to convert the sub-task to standard issue and vice versa. However, there is no explanation in the Sub Task documentation itself. This might can be added in the documentation in Notes format.
