The more actions, attach a file does not seem to work properly - I cannot attach a file.

      I'm using EACJ, issue PO-2279 and trying to attach a file using the more actions, attach a file. I browse for the file and click "attach" button and nothing happens.

      In fact nothing is updating or working (when I try to edit the issue). Clicking update does nothing.
