With the new slick, non tables joy of JIRA, there's much more leeway for people to style up their JIRA pages. It'd awesome to have a per project custom CSS that allows users to add more styles to the page. This wouldn't replace any existing style sheets, but add an additional project specific one so people can style things exactly how they want.
