Add a documentation hit for bulk move and retaining versions when versions have been archived in the target project

One thing that came up when QAing JRA-8248, is a minor pickle when you archive versions in the target project then you cant select those in the bulk move. That's consistent with the edit screen of view issue, but I think in bulk move, you may want to select archived versions more often, because you could be merging really old projects with lots of archived versions. There's a pretty easy workaround though: Unarchive versions first in the target project. We should probably include this as a hint in our docs for this issue.
