      If iI try to backup my JIRA-Data using function "Backup Data to XML" the following error occurs:

      An exception occurred backing up: com.atlassian.core.AtlassianCoreException: Error in action: <a href='mailto:com.atlassian.jira.action.admin.DataExport@8a1f38'>com.atlassian.jira.action.admin.DataExport@8a1f38</a>, result: error<br> Error exporting: java.io.IOException: The character '�' is an invalid XML character
