The message that customers receive after submitting a support request via administration in their JIRA/Confluence instances needs to be cleaned up and made more customer friendly.

A bug report needs to be logged that will throw an error to the customer that informs them that their email server is not configured and link them to directions that will walk them through configuring their mail server OR log a ticket through support.atlassian.com
