When releasing a version, add a checkbox for "send email" like Bulk Change has

When you release a version, JIRA automatically sends update emails for every single UNRESOLVED issue in that Fix Version. Sometimes this results in huge amounts of bulk emails sent to our developers. We'd like the option to NOT send those update emails when marking a version "released", just like the checkbox at the bottom of the Bulk Change screen.
