CustomFieldType modules does not allow to reinstall plugin without JIRA restart

A cutsomfieldtype and custom field searcher modules makes plugins to fail be reloaded on atlas-cli, pi command.

Here are the outputs:

1. from atlas-install-plugin:

Looks good, right?

2. from running jira instance:

Please document this as known issue on JIRA Plugin Development Guide (somewhere in the wiki) as well (until it gets fixed) ..
