Dashboard gadgets are all too small after returning to dashboard using browser "Back" button

      4.0.2 QA build #398

      1) Start with the dashboard.
      2) Click on any link (e.g. an issue link in the activity stream, or "forgot password").
      3) Press "back" in the browser.

      The gadgets are now at their default vertical size and their contents don't fit.

      Reproduces in FireFox/Safari/Chrome but not in any flavour of IE.

      Appears to be a regression in 4.0.2, as it does not reproduce on JAC (4.0.1)
