Project specific Issue Types and Severities

Could you please make the issue types and severities specific for each project?
This would allow one project to have severities, say of Sev 1 to Sev 4, and another to use 'Critical, Major, Minor'?

The same goes for issue types.

Both would help as it gives much more flexibility to each project.
