Navigator: column width changeable and rearrange columns order with the mouse

      The column width should be changeable with the mouse.

      If I want to rearrange the column order in the Navigator I have to
      click many times on the "arrow button".

      It would be easier if I can use my mouse like rearranging gadgets on the dashboard.
