In step eight of Editing an Active Workflow

8.A confirmation screen will display, as shown below:
!workflow-publishdraft.png!Select whether you wish to save the original workflow as an inactive copy. If you choose to retain the original workflow, enter a name for the inactive copy. Click 'Publish' to publish your draft (i.e. commit your changes to the active workflow).

Please advise if there was a better way to report this. Thanks
