      BACKGROUND: See JRA-17985 and https://studio.atlassian.com/browse/PAC-406

      PREREQUISITES: PAC needs to be updated to version 1.0.24. Ben Speakmon hopes to complete this by COB 9th Feb (SF time)

      TO DO:
      For each Atlassian plugin in this list: https://plugins.atlassian.com/search/by/jira
      (1). Download the plugin;
      (2). Check whether it's v1 or v2 (see Mark Lassau for how to do this);
      (3). Update the "Plugins1/Plugins2" field (NOTE: you will need Admin rights on PAC's Crowd).
