Many of our users have difficulty distinguishing the difference between the active vs. passive voice issue link type inward vs. outward names. For example, they have a hard time figuring out the difference between 'duplicates' vs. 'is duplicated by'. To make things more clear we enhanced the JSP used by LinkExistingIssue to write a sentence using the issue from which they clicked 'Link this issue to an existing issue'.
