Remove the reference to the trunk version of property files from the Xlations page

On this page we refer to a location on WAC to download the trunk version of the language property files. Can we please remove this and encourage people to download the latest patch release in order to get access to the property files. We should do this because the mechanism to regularly upload the files to WAC is not reliable.
