We've just shown Jira to yet another new group who will be the first to actually use the voting feature. They want something simple, but seemingly missing - to show 'Popular issues' on the dashboard. Thought that should be easy, but in fact there is no way to do this.

Likewise, there is no way to export the ten most popular issues to Excel, for example. It seems you can vote for issues, but support for using this information is quite limited.
