Timestamp in issue history

      I would like to have a timestamp on each change that has been made to an issue. That is Comments, Work log and History. Today only date is visible.

      The reason for this:
      I'm a test manager at isMobile in Sweden. And sometimes we have several system builds each day. And I would like to be able to track down in which deploy the changes has been implemented.
