    Description

When an issue is transitioned from "Resolved" to "Closed", the Resolution date field is reset to the date it was Closed. Ideally, the Resolution date would reflect the date that an issue was first resolved, not the date that the code was released, or some other date that gets set in the Resolved date field due to some administrative action on the ticket.
