Work log - date of actual work

When a user enters work done he would the specify the date the work was actually done. The default value would be the current date.

For already existing work log entries in the database, the day created would be put in the new field.

This would enable easier and much nicer integration with time sheet system. Work logged in Jira would serve as a starting point for users producing a timesheet in an external system.
