We were told that Atlassian supports officially 4 languages only (BTW, nothing about it in User Guide), Russian is not there. But what was in Russian in 3.13 is in English in JIRA 4.0 including main menu.

This is a big problem for us as our customers having access to JIRA speak Russian only, English is death for them. My concern is JIRA 4.0 will be extra difficulty for then.

PS: Checked Spanish, the same under-translation in comparison to 3.13. We have Spanish speaking customers also.
