Using the "attach screenshot" applet crashes Firefox and Internet Explorer

      If I click on the "Attach screenshot" link in the left navigation panel for a ticket, it crashes both IE (6) and Firefox.

      I get no message from Firefox, but from IE in get an Application error box (see attachment)
