Setup Fails on Weblogic: JIRA logs have "Missing class: com/atlassian/jira/bc/security/login/LoginService"

Steps:
1. Setup JIRA to work with Weblogic 9.2.
2. Start JIRA.

Result:
1. In logs there is com.atlassian.plugin.PluginParseException: Error retrieving dependency of class: com.atlassian.jira.rpc.auth.TokenManagerImpl. Missing class: com/atlassian/jira/bc/security/login/LoginService error.
2. User can see the setup screen on opening the browser. Complete log file is attach.
3. Trying to import 3.13.4 data give error message though it import some data. Not sure if problem is due to missing class.

Expected:
1. No error message should be there. User should be able to setup the application without any error message.

Additional Info:
1. The VM with weblogic installed is placed at \\filehost\scratch\6months\vbharara\56.tat.gz
