The order of renderer-component-factory is not honoured

      If the order value of a renderer-component-factory specified in a Plugins 2 plugin (such as a CrucibleReviewLinkRendererComponent from AppLinks) is lower than that of a system renderer component (eg JiraIssueLinkRendererComponent), the crucible review link renderer component should be invoked before the JIRA issue link render component.

      Attached is a patch to fix this issue.
