The information in custom tabs do now show up when I look at a JIRA issue on IE8 (and the compatibility mode on IE8 does not seem to be working with JIRA either). So, when we view JIRA issue on IE8, we don't see all the information regarding the issue which makes JIRA unusable on IE8 right now

See the screenshots for how it looks on IE8. There are supposed to be fields and field values showing up under the Risk Assessment tab.
