This probably ought to be in the Atlassian Plugin SDK project but I couldn't find it!

1. How should .vm files be internationalized with the new plugin SDK?
2. How to debug internationalization problems in general - current docs are out of date
3. Please document when you can use atlas-cli and pi versus when you have to restart atlas-run, e.g. changing i18n files

4. When atlas-run starts some process (at least on OSX) it steals the window focus for about 10s which is irritating. There's probably a flag to tell it to not do that.
