    Description

      Implement something that would track how likely a given release date is by looking historically to predict the accuracy of the estimation.

      JIRA has the data:

      • Past accuracy estimates for each project / component / developer
      • Estimates of un-resolved issues
      • Release dates
      • GreenHopper adds the ability to track holidays in the given timeframe
      • Etc.

      A chart or table showing the liklihood of hitting the release date is ___%.
