Saving password functionality by Safari blocked on Jira

      Usually when filling out a login form Safari asks if I want it to remember the username/password. This does not work with new Jira installations anymore.

      Steps to reproduce:

      Expected result: A dialog by Safari asking me if I want to remember the password

      Actual result: Login works, but I don't get asked to store the password

      System:

      • OS X Snow Leopard
      • Safari Version 4.0.3 (6531.9)
      • Jira v4.0#466
