Adding the gadget http://www.google.com/ig/modules/tabnews.xml to the directory works fine, but when you try to add it to the dashboard it appears to hang mid-operation, then the Dashboard throws a JS "Object does not support this property or method" error and renders an empty dashboard. If you check in Firefox the Gadget has been added successfully and the dashboard renders.
