Missing index in OS_HISTORYSTEP impacts delete project performance

"DELETE FROM OS_HISTORYSTEP WHERE ENTRY_ID='XXXXXX'" statements part of the delete project operation take ages on a large issue database by having to scan the table on each statement. An index on ENTRY_ID improves hugely the delete performance.
